Customer who activated the broadband services not on the bill cycle date will receive 1^st month bill consist of prorated charges and prorated discount. The discounted price will be reflected in the full month bill on 2^nd bill up to 24 months. Your 100Mbps and 500Mbps subscription speed will be reflected on the 25th months bill onwards. However, you will always have the option to maintain your subscription speed and price by renewing your subscription contract for another 24 months.
