What are the benefits for this promotion?
Customers will enjoy FREE broadband subscription fee of any subscribe plan up to 6 months and any promotions applicable at one time. Terms and Conditions apply.
I'm still within contract with current service provider more than 6 months and I have not pay the early termination fee to the current provider. Can I subscribe to Win Over Plan?
Yes, However the monthly rebate will be waived until up to 6 months only. Customer can choose to sign up and install later or installed after the contract ended.
How do I get the promo price once I have subscribed to the broadband service?
Customer will receive invoice with no charges from 1st month bill up to the 6 months. The promo/retail price will be automatically imposed on the 7th months bill onwards.
Is the promotion price applicable for existing customers?
No, this promotion is applicable for new customers in eligible areas only.
Can customers add-on Voice Home Plan?
Yes, customers are allowed to add-on Voice Home Plan at only RM20 monthly and will get one voice line with complimentary DECT phone. Call rates are charged at RM0.08sen/minute.
Can customers upgrade to other City Broadband packages or promotion?
Yes, customers may request opt for other City Broadband packages and promotion. Terms and Conditions apply.
What if customers terminate the service within the contract period?
Yes, customers may terminate broadband service at any time. However, if you are still within the contract term, you need to pay an early termination penalty of the remaining months or RM500 whichever highest (if applicable).
I'm non Malaysian, I would like to sign up City Broadband, am I entitled for the Win back Plan?
Yes, however you MUST pay a deposit of RM500.
Where can I make the bill payment?
Customer can make payment at Kedai Tenaga or through the selfcare portal here.
All bill payments are recommended to be made via selfcare portal for immediate payment receipt. Receipt of payment made through Allo authorized agent will be acknowledged and updates within 3 working days.Another option is via Kedai Tenaga here.
